My career began in education after completing my Master’s degree in Education at University College London. Early on, I developed a deep interest in how people learn and how thoughtfully designed experiences can drive meaningful growth. What started as a passion for pedagogy evolved into leading structured, results-driven learning initiatives.
Over the years, I transitioned from designing individual learning experiences to managing end-to-end learning programs. I now lead cross-functional projects that translate business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions. My work spans Asia, Europe, and the UK, where I have partnered with diverse stakeholders to design, implement, and scale learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
