The quote above resonates with my journey as an Instructional Designer. I have always been passionate about learning and exploring new ideas. What does that mean? Simply put, it's about embracing new knowledge and experiences, which I'll delve into below.
My career began as an Educator after completing my Master's degree in Education from University College London (UCL). As I immersed myself in the field, my passion for understanding learning mechanisms flourished, inspiring me to explore new pedagogies. My ultimate goal has always been about facilitating effective learning experiences.
Quite later in my career, I became familiar with the term "Learning Experience Designer." I not only acquainted myself with the profession but also actively engaged in networking, expanding my understanding and skills.
Over time, I honed my expertise, integrating new knowledge with my existing experience. Today, I am glad to share that I have crafted impactful learning experiences across Asia, Europe, and the UK for learners of various ages. My strength lies in my ability to engage diverse segments of society by ensuring relevance in the learning solutions I create.

I specialise in transforming dull PDFs into interactive training programs using a variety of learning models.
My process begins by identifying the learning objectives, followed by breaking down the information into easily digestible segments for optimal comprehension and retention. By incorporating a mix of visuals, videos, quizzes, simulations, and interactive activities, I ensure that learners of all styles are engaged and supported in their learning journey.
Additionally, I weave in key learning theories such as behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and connectivism to provide a robust framework for designing the training programs. This holistic approach, starting with clear objectives and employing effective chunking techniques and diverse learning modalities while integrating various theories, results in a comprehensive and impactful learning experience.
