My career began in education after completing my Master’s degree in Education at University College London. Early on, I developed a deep interest in how people learn and how thoughtfully designed experiences can drive meaningful growth. What started as a passion for pedagogy evolved into leading structured, results-driven learning initiatives.

Over the years, I transitioned from designing individual learning experiences to managing end-to-end learning programs. I now lead cross-functional projects that translate business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions. My work spans Asia, Europe, and the UK, where I have partnered with diverse stakeholders to design, implement, and scale learning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

I bring together strategic thinking, instructional expertise, and disciplined project management to deliver learning that is not only engaging, but measurable and impactful. My focus is on aligning learning ecosystems with business needs, embedding development into systems and processes, and driving continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making.
